COMPETENCE: your technical skills, time management, reliability, and follow-through
PROBLEM-SOLVING: your instinct to engage, adapt, and get things done
CARE FOR OTHERS: how you listen, empathize, and attend to the whole person
There are no right or wrong answers. For best results:
- Answer as you truly are — not as you think you ought to be
- Trust your instincts — go with what feels true, not what sounds right
